SUMMARY:Class 305 - Basic Project Management
DESCRIPTION:Having a global perspective on a project\, communicating timelines\, delivery constraints and manpower all play an integral role with all construction projects. This course will introduce the basic tools required for successful project delivery. \nFollowing a prepared case study\, students will learn the roles and responsibilities of various construction professionals involved in delivering a project from tender award through to the end of the warranty period. Examining various roles and responsibilities\, reporting processes and change procedures through active class discussion will provide students with a better understanding of the industry from a management viewpoint. \nCase studies will review common challenges and how to work towards effective solutions. \n\n\nCourse Fee: \n\n\n\ncovered by ARCA\nno-shows are charged $200 per person\n\n\n\n\n\nSession Length: \n\n\n\n1 day\n\nInterested in attending the course?
