Participants will be introduced to best practices, develop a better understanding of communication in both positive and negative situations, broaden their understanding of how all decisions impact not only profitability, but morale, production and general attitudes on the job. Participants will learn how coaches help achieve their goals.

This on-demand podcast series features supervisors and foremen from last year’s program posing real world challenging questions to experienced Mentors and Coaches. Each 15-minite episode is designed to help supervisors and foremen continue developing leadership skills at their own pace.

A total 40 short podcasts will be available, allowing participants to easily absorb practical insights and solutions shared by the Mentors and Coaches.
