Class 302 – Communication and Conflict Resolution

Contractors will learn the elements of good communication and learn to better understand their communication style and how it may impact others.
Conflict resolution will reflect on the protocols offered in contracts and techniques that will assist with managing conflict on the roof. Protocols for good communication will be studied using case studies from roofing examples, such as:
- General contractors
- Inspectors
- Regulators
- Co-workers
- Consumers
